Yoga

  • Classes are a unison of Hatha and Kundalini yoga. They are for all levels, each person working with their own unique ability at their own pace throughout every exercise.
     
  • Postures can be modified to suit individual needs. A dynamic yet deeply relaxing form of yoga, encompassing different aspects of breath work and stretches including static and moving postures, meditation, relaxation and music.
     
  • Each session addresses every level of being human, so that one can immediately achieve a better sense of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance with clarity and strength.
     
  • As well as toning, energising and detoxifying the body, boosting the immune system and supporting the nervous system classes help to give you clear, calm and focused thinking for enhanced performance in all areas of your life.
     
  • Each class is designed as time out from the rest of your life, focusing the attention inward, away from the mind’s relentless diversions. This enables access to the internal tranquility within us also we are more able to experience the profound peace, freedom and bliss that is inherent to our true nature!

Claire Jamieson

...has developed her own unique teaching style based on Hatha and Kundalini yoga after doing Hatha yoga since childhood and training as a Kundalini teacher 20 years ago. She passionately believes in the importance of making yoga easily accessible to all, facilitating the opportunity for each individual to immediately improve their well-being.

 

 

Massage

Having been a massage and bodywork practitioner since 1994, Claire has developed her own distinct form of relaxing yet revitalising massage. Training in the Ken Eyerman technique which brings together both Eastern and Western approaches, combining Swedish and deep tissue massage to soothe and realign the body, with Shiatsu and Reflexology techniques to balance and harmonise while working on specific problematic points or areas.

Together with Aromatherapy oils and the use of the breath to release deep held tension in the body this is a wonderfully healing, deeply relaxing and restorative experience.
